Vertical Angles

Vertical angles are a set of lines that cross each other to create two congruent angles. The image above shows a pair of skis. Skis can be found at a sport shop or winter store. Any person who lives somewhere in the mountains normally has a pair of skis, or people who are going on vacation to go skiing. When the skis are crossed like this it creates a vertical angle. As it shows in the picture, the measure of angle A is equal to the measure of angle B.
